Descartes Systems Group First Quarter Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results

Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Descartes' annual meeting of shareholders will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. EDT at the offices of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, 199 Bay Street, Suite 2300, Commerce Court West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In addition to the election of directors and the re-appointment of auditors, shareholders will be asked at the meeting to consider and, if thought advisable, approve the continuance, amendment and restatement of Descartes' shareholder rights plan.
