Descartes Sets Date to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results
WATERLOO, Ontario – February 2, 2010 - Descartes Systems Group, a federated global logistics network, is scheduled to report its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 financial results before market open on Wednesday, March 10th, 2010.
Members of Descartes' executive management team are scheduled to host a conference call to discuss the company's financial results at 8:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday March 10th. Designated numbers are 1-800-699-5854 for North America or +1-212-231-2932 for International.
The company simultaneously has scheduled an audio web cast on the Descartes Web site at www.descartes.com/company/investors. Phone conference dial-in or web cast log-in is required approximately 10 minutes beforehand.
