Ports in Washington, Arizona and select Ports in North Dakota have been mandatory since January 25thand are currently in a period of informed compliance. Beginning April 19th, all remaining Southern Border Ports will be Mandatory. A third Federal Register Notice was published on February 23rd, giving May 24th as the beginning for mandatory ACE e-Manifest compliance in New York and Michigan.
Those U.S. Ports not mentioned are anticipated to be announced in the coming year. A Federal Register Notice for each group will be published by CBP at least 90 days before ACE is mandatory at those ports.
