Wolseley Selects Descartes' Transportation and Delivery Management Solutions for UK Operations

World's largest specialist trade distributor of plumbing and heating products selects Descartes' solutions for logistics planning and execution after comprehensive pilot

WATERLOO, ONTARIO, May 23, 2006 — The Descartes Systems Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DSGX) (TSX: DSG), a leading provider of on-demand, software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery management solutions for transportation, logistics, manufacturing, retail distribution and service provider enterprises, today announced that Wolseley (Group Services) Limited has selected Descartes' solutions for logistics planning and execution for its UK operations.

After a comprehensive pilot and evaluation study, Wolseley has selected Descartes' transportation and delivery management solutions for customer delivery reservation, delivery route planning and vehicle dispatch within the UK.
