WATERLOO, ON and ATLANTA, GA, November 20, 2002 —The Descartes Systems Group Inc., (Nasdaq:DSGX), (TSX:DSG), a trusted provider of logistics solutions, today announced that LTL.com is now leveraging DSG-TranSettlements logistics connectivity solutions. Through the addition of electronic data interchange (EDI) capabilities in its software LTL.com is now able to provide its customers with an opportunity to speed up time-to-payment for improved cash flow.
LTL.com, a leading provider of freight management and maintenance software, is now shipping its Windows, ASP and Web-based software, such as Mr. Load, Dr. Trucker and Freight Manager, leveraging point-and-click EDI capabilities. EDI, a part of the logistics connectivity solutions provided by DSG-TranSettlements, uses the Internet to exchange information, such as invoices and orders, with trading partners instantaneously.
