Position Summary
The Customer Support Representative will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging challenges that our customer accounts face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Support customers on Descartes’ proprietary products and solutions.
• Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming requests from end users.
• Identify and escalate system problems.
• Document approved change requests.
• Support ShipRush web sites along with its product management
• Responsible for Testing and QA
• Support ShipRush Marketing and Communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Problem solving and critical thinking and the ability to identify and resolve issue in a timely manner.
- Interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving conflict while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in the use of business applications.
- Experience using WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, Quick Books, Shipping Manager, ShipRush or other parcel shipping system
- Ecommerce experience as a seller/merchant
- Team oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
