Our North American Human Resources team supports approximately 400 employees throughout the U.S. and Canada, and the HR Benefits & Program Specialist will have the opportunity to be involved in driving corporate HR initiatives for our North American employee base, including the planning, implementation, project management and administration of specific HR projects and programs. This position requires expertise in problem solving, navigating the organization, and appropriately responding to employees and managers for HR inquiries, including policy and procedural guidance and interpretation. In addition the HR Benefits & Program Specialist will have responsibility for the North American benefits function by managing the benefits administration position.

Confidentiality and a strong attention to detail are crucial requirements for this position, as you will be dealing with highly sensitive employee issues and information. You will be expected to recommend appropriate solutions and successfully implement those solutions as needed. This position will be based out of our headquarters located in Waterloo, ON.
