In preparing for the CBSA’s CARM system changes, we have also taken the opportunity to revamp our viWEB system with regards to improvements in the User Interface and System Security in addition to the new data elements and functionality that the CARM program requires.  In this webinar, Arsalan and Marcos will step you through the viWEB CARM system as a general overview and show you that all the existing functionality and features that you are using daily will remain.
