The much-awaited launch of viWEB CARM (with CADEX enabled) platform on October 17, 2023, is fast approaching. This new release presents a host of features and enhancements aimed at complying with the 2024 CBSA CARM Release, as well as enhance user experience, increase performance speed, and ensure the highest level of security and reliability.

The deployment of the new viWEB CARM (CADEX enabled) system on October 17, 2023, does not involve any data migration, URL changes, or modifications to your login credentials. As of October 17^th, the existing URL will be redirected automatically to the viWEB CARM system. Your existing credentials will continue to work in the new system.

To facilitate the transition, a complimentary series of two extra webinars has been scheduled. In this first webinar (October 5^th) we will deliver an overview of the new viWEB CARM with CADEX enabled system. The goal of this overview is to remind you that even though the system user interface has changed, the functionality and flow of the system remains the same.
