Overheden en internationale organisaties houden ‘zwarte lijsten’ bij van personen, organisaties en landen waarmee het om uiteenlopende redenen verboden is om handel te drijven of waarvoor sancties of beperkingen gelden. Als je zakendoet met iemand van op zo’n zwarte lijst, kun je berispt of bestraft worden, maar breng je ook het imago van je bedrijf schade toe. Elk bedrijf moet zelf de nodige screenings uitvoeren om na te gaan of de tegenpartij op een blacklist staat. Maar hoe begin je aan die zogenaamde ‘Denied party screening’?
