Customer agreements, unless explicitly indicated otherwise, is subject to Descartes Master Terms. In addition, the means and manner in which products and services are provided to you is further described in the various attachments.
Master Terms (Customer Agreements)
Descartes Master Terms shall apply to any agreements (each, an “Agreement”) between The Descartes Systems Group Inc. or one of its’ Affiliates (“Descartes”) and Customer (as such term is defined in an Agreement) that references these Master Terms and incorporates them by reference.
Master Terms (version: DSG21.1)
These terms (“Master Terms (version: DSG21.1)”) shall only be applicable to Agreements that incorporate this version by reference into the Agreement. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions provided under the Agreement.
Software Terms (version: SDSG21.0)
The terms described herein (“Software Terms”) shall only be applicable to Agreements that incorporate this version by reference into the Agreement. Further, the Software Terms will apply only to such products and services that are defined as or are labelled as being “Software” by Descartes on the Order Form. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions provided under the Agreement.
Hardware Terms (version: HDSG21.0)
The terms (“Hardware Terms”) shall only be applicable to Agreements that incorporate this version by reference into the Agreement. Further, the Hardware Terms will apply only to such products and services that are defined as or are labeled as “Hardware” by Descartes in the Order Form. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions provided under the Agreement.
Descartes Software Support Policy
The Descartes Software Support Policy is incorporated by reference into Descartes’ Software License Agreements and describes the standards by which Descartes will support the Descartes Software for its customers.
GLN Service Terms (version: GDSG21.1)
These terms (“GLN Service Terms”) shall only be applicable to Agreements that incorporate them by reference into the Agreement, including the specific version code. Further, the GLN Service Terms will apply only to such products and services that are defined as or are labeled as “GLN Services” by Descartes in the Order Form. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions provided under the Agreement.
GLN Services Delivery Policy
The GLN Services Delivery Policy is incorporated by reference into Descartes’ GLN Services Agreements and describes the standards by which Descartes will deliver and support its GLN Services to its GLN customers.
Data Processing Agreements | GDPR Compliance
Descartes is committed to ensuring compliance in those solutions offered by Descartes where personal information subject to the GDPR is likely to be processed by Descartes as part of the delivery of that solution to our customers.
Data Services Master Terms
These terms shall only be applicable to any Data Services agreement which incorporates these master terms by reference into the agreement. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions provided under the Data Services agreement.

Hosted Software Maintenance Program
This Hosted Software Maintenance Program (“HSMP”) governs the provision of support for any Hosted Software provided for under any Order Form, Replacement Order Form, Supplemental Order Form, or any other similar such ordering document.
