Meet Sarina Mattle, Consultant/Project Manager at Aproda. She talks to us about the partnership with Descartes.

Can you explain your role at Aproda?

I am Product Owner of the Aproda ASDX app. I support various upgrade projects and, in addition to our ASDX, I also work with EDI. In other words, all EDI requests are handled by me or our EDI specialist team.

Customer benefit is central to what we do. Today and in the future, we want to use modern ERP, CRM, and IT solutions to provide answers to our customers' questions and contribute to the sustainable development of the Swiss business landscape. With 150 employees and as part of the Bechtle Group, we combine the expertise to meet the IT requirements of SMEs.

We work with Descartes for three main reasons: Firstly, Descartes handles data routing for us. Secondly, we value Descartes as a competent partner who supports us with detailed mapping. In addition, the company is always available to answer any questions we have about EDI and integration interfaces.

With our ASDX app, we can exchange the most common types of EDI messages and connect various partners via configuration. Thanks to the no-code approach, our customers can expand their EDI connections quickly and cost-effectively. In addition to classic EDI, ASDX can also cover various business areas such as sales, purchasing, warehouse logistics, and cataloging.

The app can now be used for data exchange in various formats. Web services will also be possible in the future. For further details, please refer to our blog.

We are very satisfied with the partnership. In most cases, the response to support requests or new inquiries is very quick. Projects are scheduled and handled in an uncomplicated manner. Nothing is missing. In the past, we have been able to create a strong foundation on which we can build. It is important to us that we continue to work together in a transparent and cooperative manner.
