Human Review of Events

Recorded events are sent to a human review panel for the purpose of validating driver events or dismissing false positives. If the driver is at fault, tailored coaching is delivered through a seamless, automated process.

Easy-to-Complete Training Modules

Training modules made by industry experts cover many relevant driving topics. Drivers receive training when logging into their mobile device and must complete it before receiving their delivery route. Training is seamlessly integrated into Descartes’ mobile driver applications.

Coaching Dashboard

To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the incident, a recording of the driver's unsafe behavior is accessible for viewing in a dashboard alongside the assigned training. This record of training can be used as evidence for litigation matters or regulatory review.
